I shopped around, got 4 quotes. This one was competitive. The quality seems really good. The service has been outstanding though. Everyone I met has been both friendly, helpful, timely, and knowledgeable. I met with sales (WhatsApp), measurement and installer, all great.
I realized motorized blinds weren't really within my budget, they were kind enough to provide info for me to find my own and the installer tried them in their blinds. That was super nice. Also the reinforcement hadn't been done in an obvious way by the developer, so they helped me find out I didn't need reinforcement saving me over $1000. That was super cool of them.
The blinds look great too. They are installed well too.

Was very satisfied with the services rendered by Singapore Blinds from the staff Ruth who took the order, the taking of measurements up to the installation of the blinds. The installers were very professional and polite and were quick with the installation. I was pleasantly pleased that the installation did not cause the house to be dusty as they were using drills which had built-in vacuum! Save me a lot of heavy cleaning. Overall great service provided. Am glad I chose the right company. Thank you

Like their friendly n patient when make enquiries. Casper able to clear my doubts about the blind, the installer is very nice also to give info how to care for the blind to last longer.

Enquired about the blinds over a long weekend & was expecting the process of quotation to be at least a week long before I can confirm installation. Amazingly, Ruth and team were very responsive and I had my blinds done within a week with competitive pricing.

Had a really pleasant experience with Singapore Blinds, all thanks to Ruth and Casper. Ruth's customer service deserves an A. I never had to wait long for her response to my queries or text messages, even way beyond office hours. Casper is friendly and knowledgeable and very willing to share useful tips from personal experience. The whole process from site visit to installation took less than 2 weeks. Kudos to everyone working at Singapore Blinds.
